Luka Madzarac is a general practice attorney who specializes in business law, personal injury and real estate law. Prior to starting Madzarac Law, LLC he provided legal consulting services for a large defense contractor where he drafted various types of contracts, maintained intellectual property, drafted terms and conditions, integrated new acquisitions, and helped ensure both legal and government compliance.
Luka obtained his law degree from DePaul University College of Law in Illinois where he earned CALI awards for the highest grade in Trial Advocacy and Litigation Strategies. During the first-year law school he interned with the in-house legal department of a medium-size computer company. Later, he clerked for a personal injury law firm in Chicago where he helped clients obtain compensation for motor vehicle accidents, train accidents, catastrophic injuries, product liability suits, and mass tort/class actions.
Luka moved to the Illinois at the age of two from Serbia and grew up in the suburbs of Chicago and is fluent in both English and Serbo-Croatian. In 2018, he obtained a bachelor’s degree in international business from Loyola University Chicago, Quinlan School of Business where he became the first member of his family to attend college and later law school. During his undergraduate studies he volunteered with Heartland Alliance Immigrant and Refugee Services where he tutored children in English, math, science and history while helping them adapt to life in the United States.
